If you have a life threatening emergency the appropriate action is to dial 999 or go to the nearest A&E Department.
For other urgent medical problems call the surgery. If it is outside the surgery's opening hours you can dial 111 (NHS 111).
Please use 999 and A&E Services for serious problems only that cannot be dealt with by General Practice.

We are closed on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 12.30 to 1.30 for Staff Training (for urgent medical attention please ring our normal surgery number).
TARGET training day will be 16th June when all surgeries in the local area will be closed from 1.30pm.
We are now able to offer our patients on-line services through ‘Patient Access'. This will allow you to:
- Book appointments
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Have access to your medical records
- Change your address details
How do I register?
Ask reception to provide you with a ‘Patient Access Registration form. You will need to bring two forms of ID
- Photo ID (e.g. Passport or Driving Licence)
- Conformation of Address (e.g. Utility Bill)
You will need to provide Identification as the system allows you access to parts of your medical records.

to use the Online Services.
Is my information secure?All information that is sent to your surgery via Patient Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP Surgery will be able to see this information.
