Getting an Appointment at Bridgemary Medical Centre?

Due to the high demand on the reception desk from the 1st of November 2022 we will no longer be taking routine appointment booking requests in person at the reception desk.

What are my options?

Same Day Access

Patients can telephone the surgery to request a telephone call from the triage clinician for an urgent problem. If the clinician feels you need to be seen an appointment will be offered that day.

Routine Telephone Or Face To Face

Appointment to be requested via the eConsult system on the BMC website. The most efficient way for routine appointments is to complete an eConsult. Requests are read every day, prioritised and allocated on a date received basis.

Other Options

The Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) – for same day minor illness consultations. Call the surgery to be referred or just visit your pharmacy.

First Contact Physio Self-referral – call the surgery to be sent a text link for a consultation telephone call from a Physio.

Mental Health issues – iTalk Self-referral – Pick up a leaflet or go online for iTalk services.
