Practice Management

Mr Colin Wilson is our Interim Practice Manager and Miss Abbie Dore is our Operations Manager. They are responsible for the running of the Bridgemary Medical Centre and should be able to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health and treatment. If you wish to give some feedback, have a suggestion to make or a complaint they will be happy to listen

Reception

Our administration staff and receptionists, led by our reception supervisor Wendy Edney, are your first point of contact with the practice and aim to signpost you to the most appropriate service.

The receptionists will ask for some brief information on your current needs, particularly when requesting emergency appointments. Please help them by explaining your needs and they will endeavour to find the best solution to your problem. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. Our receptionists, however, are not medically trained.

If you wish information in detail about practice services or medical issues, please ask to speak to one of our nursing or medical staff.
