It allocates NHS resources works through our four places and our transformation programmes to make sure the right health services are being delivered to people across the area. The Board of the Integrated Care Board has non-executive, executive and partner members. All are full members of the unitary board, with shared corporate accountability. Members provide expertise but do not act as representatives.

In each of our four place-based partnerships – Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton – integrated teams (including local authority, Integrated Care Board, provider, and voluntary partners) come together to understand the needs of their population, agree plans to meet those needs, develop strong partnerships and implement solutions. The Integrated Care Board delegates local decision-making for key NHS services to each of these partnerships.

Partners continue to work together to co-ordinate action across Hampshire and Isle of Wight via a number of transformation programmes to implement the NHS Long Term Planand achieve our vision of enabling people in our communities to live healthier, longer lives.
